Colts WR Josh Downs (ankle) is not listed on the final Week 3 injury report. He was sidelined on Wednesday but put in full practices on Thursday and Friday. Downs has eight catches on 11 targets and underwhelming playing time through two weeks. But he’d be a more interesting play in PPR leagues if TE Tyler Warren’s toe injury keeps him out of Sunday’s game vs. the Titans.
