Bills WR Khalil Shakir is recovering from offseason ankle surgery, GM Brandon Beane said Monday. Shakir did "some things" on the team's first day of offseason activities, Beane added, so it doesn't sound like this will have any impact on his 2026 campaign.

We'll look for more details on Shakir's surgery and keep an eye on his health throughout the rest of the offseason. But, for now, we're considering it a non-factor for his 2026 fantasy outlook.
Shakir is coming off his second straight season of 70+ catches, finishing 42nd among WRs in PPR points per game. HC Joe Brady talked about expanding Shakir's role back in February -- although that was before the team traded for WR D.J. Moore. The Bills have also suggested that they'd like to get TE Dalton Kincaid more snaps in 2026.
This figures to remain an "everybody eats" passing attack, capping Shakir's upside. He's overvalued according to our ADP Market Index.
