The Ravens on Thursday exercised the fifth-year option on WR Zay Flowers. That keeps Flowers under contract through 2027, at a rate of $28 million for that season.
This move obviously comes as no surprise. The former first-round pick has led Baltimore in targets, catches, and receiving yards in each of his three seasons. Don't be surprised if the Ravens and Flowers work out a longer-term extension before the 2027 season arrives.
