Following the right ankle injury TreVeyon Henderson suffered after slipping in last week's practice, he still hasn't been cleared to return to full participation, per Mike Reiss of ESPN. Reiss mentioned that Henderson was present in the locker room today and walking normally.

It was reported over a week ago that Rhamondre Stevenson had the early edge for the lead-back role over Henderson, and that gap has likely only widened with Henderson still unable to fully return to practice.
It was a roller-coaster rookie season for Henderson that ended with underwhelming results. He was given under 40% of the team’s rush attempts last season while commanding less than 10% of the targets.
Of the 22 rookie running backs drafted in the first or second round who failed to hit either mark before him since 2006, just four went on to average at least 15.0 PPR points per game (PPG) in their careers.
Henderson is a lower-upside bet this upcoming season, and one whose Week 1 status is becoming a risk.
