Saints RB Alvin Kamara (knee) got in a limited practice on Wednesday. He's three weeks removed from an MCL injury that was expected to cost him a month, but it looks like he at least has a chance to play vs. the Lions this weekend. Kamara shouldn't be in fantasy lineups, but his availability would put a dent in RB Travis Etienne's outlook.
