Malik Nabers Headshot

Malik Nabers was a game-time decision for the season opener, but ultimately ended up playing in what marked his first game back since tearing his ACL in Week 4 of last season. Nabers finished Sunday Night Football against the Cowboys catching six of his team-high 9 targets for 69 yards en route to 12.9 PPR points.

2026 Fantasy Football Impact: WR1 Push Starts Now

The last time Nabers played more than five games in a season, he earned a 32.6% target share. That led all WRs that season and set the record for highest target share by a rookie WR.

Despite tearing his ACL in the year since, Nabers returned and hardly missed a beat. His 31.0% target share on Sunday Night led all Giants receiving options.

As Nabers continues to gain confidence in his knee, we should expect the efficiency to come along with it, especially in a Jaxson Dart-led offense that showed early signs of high efficiency.

Dart finished with 230 passing yards and three passing TDs on 29 passing attempts.

With Nabers' return from injury looking highly encouraging, it’s reasonable to expect him to produce like a high-end WR1 sooner rather than later.
