Derrick Henry Headshot

Ravens RB Derrick Henry rushed 23 times for 73 yards and a TD in Sunday's win over the Titans. He added 2 catches for 6 yards on 2 targets. It wasn't a particularly notable day for Henry overall, considering that Baltimore entered as the week's largest favorite against a soft defense. But the carry total adds a slight boost to Henry's highest average in years.

2026 Fantasy Football Impact: Let's Keep an Eye on Henry's Efficiency

Henry entered Sunday with a league-high 66 carries and is now averaging 22.3 per contest. That would be his highest average since 2021 with the Titans.

Henry's meager yards per carry against Tennessee knock him down to 4.2 per rush for the season. That would match his 2023 average, which tied 2017 for the lowest of his career.

That's less a worrisome number than a reasonable decline for a 32-year-old RB. And his 3.19 yards after contact  per attempt suggest it's not a fluke. That would be his lowest rate since 2017, his second year in the league.

None of this means you should look to dump Henry, but he'll be worth watching. The Ravens get a solid run of matchups the next four weeks:

  • at Falcons
  • at Browns
  • Bengals
  • at Bills
