Colston Loveland Headshot

Bears TE Colston Loveland disappeared again in Week 5, snagging only 2 of 5 targets for 19 yards. Just don’t put all of the blame on Loveland, as QBs Tyson Bagent and Case Keenum combined for 195 yards, 0 TDs, and 4 turnovers in the blowout loss to Green Bay.

2026 Fantasy Football Impact

Loveland delivered his best game of the season just one week earlier, catching 6 balls for 57 yards with Bagent under center. But Bagent showed his limitations against Green Bay, completing 57.1% of his passes with a -6.6% completion rate over expected.

None of Loveland’s three incomplete targets were catchable.

Loveland obviously needs Caleb Williams back to reach his fantasy ceiling. Williams returned to practice on Friday in a limited basis, giving him a chance to return this week at Atlanta. The Falcons entered the week 15th in adjusted fantasy points allowed to TEs.

Loveland will at least be in the spot-start mix for that one.
