Titans WR Carnell Tate (shoulder) missed his second straight practice on Thursday. He finished out last weekend's game vs. the Browns, so we're still tentatively expecting him to play vs. the Bengals on Sunday. But we'll see how Tate is listed on Friday's final injury report.
