Browns WR Cedric Tillman (concussion) is out for Saturday's Wild Card game vs. the Texans. The rookie has been a full-time player for Cleveland over the second half of the season and averaged 5.0 targets over the last seven games. His snaps will go to some combination of WRs David Bell, James Proche, and Marquise Goodwin. But Tillman's targets might just be soaked up by WR Amari Cooper and TE David Njoku.

Browns WR Cedric Tillman (concussion) did not practice on Tuesday. He's more likely than not to miss Saturday's Wild Card game vs. the Texans. Tillman has been a full-time player for Cleveland over the second half of the season and averaged 5.0 targets over the last seven games, so his absence would be felt. The rookie's snaps would likely go to some combination of WRs David Bell, James Proche, and Marquise Goodwin.

Browns WRs Elijah Moore (concussion) is active for today’s game vs. the Bengals. He’s cleared concussion protocol but still might not play much with Cleveland having nothing to gain today. WR Marquise Goodwin (knee) is inactive, leaving the Browns with WRs Cedric Tillman, David Bell, and James Proche alongside Moore.

Browns WR Amari Cooper (heel) is out for Sunday's game vs. the Bengals. He said Thursday that he expects to be ready for the Wild Card playoff game next weekend. WRs Elijah Moore (concussion) and Marquise Goodwin (knee) are listed as questionable. Both guys will likely be held out of this meaningless game. Cedric Tillman is the best target bet in Cleveland's WR corps this weekend.

Browns WR Amari Cooper (heel) is inactive for tonight's game vs. the Jets. NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported less than an hour ago that Cooper was likely to play, but he reportedly didn't feel good enough in pregame warmups. His absence leaves Elijah Moore, Cedric Tillman, Marquise Goodwin, David Bell, and James Proche as Cleveland's five active WRs. We'd try to avoid the group against the Jets' top-ranked WR defense. TE David Njoku should get a target boost with Cooper out. QB Joe Flacco is no more than a low-end QB2 tonight considering the matchup and Cooper's absence.

The Browns traded WR Donovan Peoples-Jones to the Lions in exchange for a sixth-round pick. Peoples-Jones turned in a promising 2022 season, catching 61 of 96 targets for 839 yards and three TDs. But he's been mostly invisible so far this year, totaling just eight receptions on 18 targets. He joins a Lions offense still searching for a consistent No. 2 WR behind Amon-Ra St. Brown. WR Josh Reynolds has been good in spurts this year, but WR Jameson Williams has continued to disappoint. We'll see what kind of role Peoples-Jones can carve out, but he's unlikely to emerge as a reliable fantasy option this season. The 24-year-old is set to hit free agency in March. The Browns, meanwhile, are left with WRs Marquise Goodwin, Cedric Tillman, and David Bell behind Amari Cooper and Elijah Moore.

Browns WR Marquise Goodwin has been activated from the non-football-injury list. Doctors found blood clots in his legs and lungs earlier this summer, but he's been cleared to return. Goodwin figures to serve as a situational deep threat for Cleveland but isn't a realistic fantasy option.

Browns WR Marquise Goodwin will miss the start of training camp due to blood clots, NFL Network's James Palmer reports. Goodwin reportedly experienced discomfort in his legs and shortness of breath during OTAs, per Palmer. A check-up revealed blood clots in his legs and lungs. We'll see if Goodwin is cleared by the start of the season, but he's well off the fantasy radar.

The Browns signed WR Marquise Goodwin to a one-year deal. He's coming off a 387-yard, four-TD season in Seattle -- which was actually his most productive since 2018. Goodwin adds speed to Cleveland's WR corps but won't be higher than fourth on the totem pole behind Amari Cooper, Elijah Moore, and Donovan Peoples-Jones.

Seahawks WR Marquise Goodwin (shoulder, wrist) has been placed on IR. He's out for Sunday's game vs. the Jets and isn't eligible to return until the NFC Championship.

Seahawks WR Tyler Lockett (finger) practiced fully on Friday and is officially listed as questionable for Week 17 vs. the Jets. Teammate WR Marquise Goodwin (shoulder, wrist) is listed as doubtful. ESPN's Brady Henderson reports that Lockett is expected to play. The Jets' secondary presents the toughest matchup for opposing WRs in adjusted fantasy points allowed in 2022. That said, Lockett ranked 16th among WRs in targets through Week 15 prior to getting hurt. We consider Lockett a risk/reward WR3 considering the injury and matchup.

Seahawks WR Tyler Lockett (finger) returned to practice on Thursday and participated in a limited fashion. The veteran wideout has not played since breaking his finger in Week 15 vs. the 49ers. Teammate WR Marquise Goodwin (shoulder, wrist) did not practice for the 2nd day in a row. TE Noah Fant (knee) upgraded to full participation. Friday's report will give official designations for the trio in advance of Week 17 vs. the Jets. Check back tomorrow.

Seahawks WRs Tyler Lockett (finger) and Marquise Goodwin (shoulder, wrist) did not practice on Wednesday. TE Noah Fant (knee) did not practice either. It's still early in the week though. We'll keep tabs on this trio of pass-catchers ahead of Week 17 vs. the Jets.

Seahawks QB Geno Smith threw for just 215 yards on 25-of-40 passing in Saturday's loss to the Chiefs, with 1 TD and 1 INT. His 74.5 passer rating was his lowest mark of the year. WR D.K. Metcalf led the receiving with 7 catches for 81 yards on 9 targets. RB DeeJay Dallas checked in next by catching all 6 of his targets for 32 yards. WR Marquise Goodwin went catch-less among 4 targets. TE Noah Fant caught the team's only TD among 2 receptions for 12 yards. Seattle might get better weather in Week 17 but will face a much tougher defense in the Jets.

Seahawks WR Marquise Goodwin is questionable to return to Saturday's game vs. the Chiefs with a wrist injury. Goodwin was on this week's injury report with a wrist issue, so this is likely an aggravation. We'll update his status when we know more.

Update: Goodwin returned to the game.

Seahawks WR Marquise Goodwin (wrist, ankle) is active for today’s game vs. the Chiefs. He went from a full practice on Tuesday to a limited practice on Wednesday and then didn’t practice on Thursday. But we never heard any concern about his availability for this one. Consider Goodwin a risk/reward WR3 play.

Seahawks WR Marquise Goodwin (wrist, ankle) is expected to play vs. the Chiefs per HC Pete Carroll despite being officially listed as questionable for Week 16. With WR Tyler Lockett out with a finger injury, Goodwin is a decent bet to fill the WR2 role opposite D.K. Metcalf. Consider Goodwin a solid WR3/flex candidate in your lineups.

Seahawks WR Marquise Goodwin (wrist, ankle) was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday. It's troubling to see the veteran downgrade from full participation on Tuesday. Already expected to be without WR Tyler Lockett, an absence from Goodwin would be bad news for QB Geno Smith. With the game vs. the Chiefs in line to kick off Saturday, tomorrow's practice report will give the final word on Goodwin. Stay tuned.

Seahawks WR Tyler Lockett will undergo surgery to repair his fractured finger, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. "It's possible he only misses one game and is back for the final two," Rapoport adds. "But a firm timetable will be available post-surgery." We'll keep you update on Lockett's rehab and timeline for return. His absence next weekend will leave Marquise Goodwin as Seattle's #2 WR -- and leave potential targets for WR D.K. Metcalf and TE Noah Fant.

Seahawks QB Geno Smith struggled through most of Sunday's loss to the Panthers, including a pair of INTs. He nearly tossed a 3rd, but CB Jaycee Horn narrowly missed getting a 2nd foot down in bounds. Smith did wind up with a solid 264 yards and 3 TDs passing, the last coming with just 16 seconds to go and his team down 13. Seattle's top 3 WRs all scored, with Marquise Goodwin posting the top line: 5-95-1 on 6 targets. D.K. Metcalf went for 5-71-1 on a team-high 10 targets. Tyler Lockett caught 5 balls for 60 yards and a TD, marking his 6th straight game with a score. Seattle hosts a tough 49ers defense on Thursday night.
