Bills Edge Greg Rousseau (foot) is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Jaguars. We've knocked him out of the Week 5 DL rankings. It's tough to know the impact on others' playing time. Buffalo lists Edge Von Miller as questionable, but he has said that he expects to play for the first time this year. Miller returned to practice this week after spending the first four weeks on the PUP list while working back from his December ACL tear. We're betting on limited playing time for Miller in his return, making him a high-risk IDP option. A.J. Epenesa has played 45-46% of the defensive snaps in three straight games and could see a slight boost. Leonard Floyd is the best bet for playing time on the outside but has topped out at 54% through four games. The Bills like to rotate their linemen to keep the group fresh. Shaq Lawon's in the mix as well but has delivered minimal stats on solid playing time so far.

Bills Edge Greg Rousseau has missed the first two practices this week with a foot injury. That makes him look pretty iffy for Sunday morning's game against the Jaguars. We'll watch for his Friday participation and weekend outlook. The Buffalo D-line might get Edge Von Miller back. He is reportedly traveling with the team to London, though it's not yet clear if he'll play. Miller is coming off an early December ACL tear, so he shouldn't be in your IDP lineup even if active. But his status will be interesting to watch. We'd bet on the Bills easing him back in to make sure he's ready for December and the playoffs.

Bills HC Sean McDermott has said Edge Von Miller will begin practicing this week. Miller opened the year on the PUP list after tearing his right ACL late last season. We'll see how soon the veteran is ready for game action, and we'd bet on the team limiting Miller's snaps early on. But it's obviously a positive that he's set to practice as soon as he's eligible to do so.

Surgery on the right knee of Bills EDGE Von Miller this week revealed that he tore the ACL on Thanksgiving against the Lions. Doctors believed the meniscus to be the big issue, as MRI did not reveal the ACL damage. Miller is now obviously out for the rest of this season. We'll see how he fares in getting ready for 2023.

The Bills have placed EDGE Von Miller (knee) on IR. He'll miss at least 3 more games (after missing Thursday night's win at New England), which makes Miller cuttable in IDP redraft leagues.

Bills EDGE Von Miller tore the lateral meniscus in this right knee in Thursday's win over the Lions, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Miller will be evaluated again in 7-10 days, and Rapoport adds that he'll need surgery on it at some point. The question will be whether it can wait until after the season. Missing Miller will hurt a defense that has dealt with myriad injuries -- and suffered for it by the fantasy numbers.

Bills EDGE Von Miller left in the 1st half of Sunday's game against the Lions with a right knee injury. He has been ruled out with what has been deemed at least a knee sprain. There's fear that he tore the ACL. We'll see what doctors say. Miller previously tore his right ACL back in 2013.

The Bills are signing EDGE Von Miller to a 6-year deal, according to multiple reports. We'd bet against the 33-year-old (as of March 26) defender playing out that whole contract, but the reported $51.5 million guaranteed makes it sound like 3 years would be a solid bet. Most importantly, of course, Buffalo gains the best pass-rusher it will have had in HC Sean McDermott's stint. Miller racked up 82 total pressures last season, 5th most among all edge defenders, according to Pro Football Focus. He leaves behind a void for a Rams team lacking a 1st-round draft pick. Landing in Buffalo should also give Miller DE eligibility (perhaps for the 1st time ever in many fantasy football leagues). If that happens, it'll boost his IDP value.

The Rams have activated EDGE Von Miller from the COVID list ahead of tonight's game against the Seahawks.

The Rams have placed EDGE Von Miller on the COVID list, which likely means he'll miss Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

Rams EDGE Von Miller (ankle) is active for tonight's game against the 49ers. Miller entered the day questionable, but ESPN's Adam Schefter previously reported that the team wouldn't play Miller until he was close to "fully healed." Play Miller if you waited on him for your IDP lineup. A near-healthy Miller should enhance the L.A. defense. CB Darious Williams (ankle) is also active after entering the night questionable.

Rams OLB Von Miller is officially questionable for Monday night's game against the 49ers. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that they won't play Miller "unless the team believes his ankle injury is close to fully healed." He adds that the injury was worse than the Rams realized when they made the trade. A Week 11 bye could factor into the decision on whether to play him. At the least, the Monday night kickoff makes it difficult to wait on Miller for IDP rosters. Rams CB Darious Williams is also questionable after popping up on the injury report Friday with an ankle issue that kept him out of Saturday's practice. He's not worth waiting on.

New Rams OLB Von Miller will miss his 1st game with the new team. He's inactive with the ankle injury that also cost him his final game in Denver. LB Ernest Jones (illness) and CB Jalen Ramsey (knee) are active, however, after hitting the day questionable.

Rams LB Ernest Jones (illness), CB Jalen Ramsey (knee) and OLB Von Miller (ankle) are questionable for Sunday night's game against the Titans. HC Sean McVay said Friday that he expects Jones and Ramsey to play, according to the team's website. Miller, on the other hand, will be a game-time decision. The Sunday night kickoff means most IDP lineups can't wait for that decision.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the Broncos are trading OLB Von Miller to the Rams for a pair fo 2nd-day draft picks. Miller missed Sunday's game against Washington with an ankle injury, but this move clearly indicates that the Rams aren't too worried about that issue going forward. With the Rams, Miller should immediately take over the starting job opposite Leonard Floyd, which had been manned by a committee. Denver started Malik Reed and Jonathon Cooper at the EDGE spots vs. Washington on Sunday and figure to roll with that duo until Bradley Chubb returns from IR. It's an obvious upgrade for a Rams team D that has already been strong in fantasy, and a downgrade for a Broncos unit that has fallen way off vs. its positive start to the year.
