Gaskin had been operating as Miami's clear lead back, averaging 17.6 carries and 3.2 targets over his last 5 games. He’s an upside RB2 vs. the Jets’ league-worst RB defense. RB Duke Johnson is also active for Miami. RB Malcolm Brown remains on IR.

Dolphins RB Myles Gaskin has been activated from the COVID list and practiced on Wednesday. That puts him on track to return for Saturday night's game against the Raiders. A healthy Gaskin has been Miami's lead back, averaging 17.5 carries and 4.3 targets over his last 6 games. We're expecting him to return to a similar role, despite RB Salvon Ahmed's solid Week 15 outing.

Dolphins RB Myles Gaskin has been placed on the COVID list. It's unclear if he tested positive for the virus, but he's out for at least this weekend's game vs. the Chiefs. RB Matt Breida is also on the COVID list, while RB Salvon Ahmed is out with his shoulder injury. Miami is down to RBs Patrick Laird, DeAndre Washington and Elijah McGuire, who was just elevated from the practice squad. It's anyone's guess as to how touches will be divvied here, so it's a situation to try to avoid in Week 14 fantasy lineups.

Update: ESPN's Field Yates reports that Gaskin tested positive for COVID, so he'll likely miss Week 15, too.

Dolphins RBs Salvon Ahmed (shoulder) and DeAndre Washington (hamstring) are inactive for today’s game against the Bengals. RB Matt Breida (COVID) is also out, leaving Miami’s backfield to Myles Gaskin and Patrick Laird. Assuming Gaskin’s knee is somewhere close to 100%, he should step back into a workhorse role.
