Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's Week 17 contest vs. the Steelers. Fantasy managers will once again look to backup QB Tyler Huntley as the leader of the Ravens' offense. Huntley is a low-end QB2 option that only warrants consideration in superflex leagues. He's only exceeded 15 fantasy points once since taking over in Week 13 vs. the Browns. It's hard to trust a guy like that with a fantasy title on the line.

Ravens QB Lamar Jackson missed Thursday's practice with an illness. This is unlikely to keep him out of this weekend's game vs. the Rams, but Jackson's status is worth checking back on tomorrow afternoon.

Ravens QB Lamar Jackson completed just 13 of 23 passes for 223 yards in Sunday's loss to the Browns. He did find WR Odell Beckham Jr. for a 40-yard TD but also tossed 2 INTs. In spite of running for 41 yards on 8 carries, Jackson posted a third straight weak fantasy score. It was also the fifth time among his past six games that Jackson accounted for 1 TD or fewer. Baltimore entered the game ranked first in the league in rushing TDs, second in rushing attempts, 31st in pass attempts and 21st in TD passes. That has to factor into Jackson's projection the rest of the way. He does, however, get positive QB-scoring matchups in four of the remaining six games.

Ravens QB Lamar Jackson played fine in Sunday's lopsided win over the Seahawks, completing 21 of 26 passes (80.8%) for 187 yards (7.2 per attempt) and running for 60 yards on 10 rushes. But Jackson missed out on the team's 4 offensive TDs. Gus Edwards ran for two scores. Keaton Mitchell added another from 40 yards out. And then QB Tyler Huntley threw the team's lone TD pass to Odell Beckham Jr. after Jackson had been pulled late. That all made for a frustrating fantasy day for Jackson. But there's nothing to worry about here going forward, and it wasn't wrong to play Jackson against a Seattle defense that has been friendlier to offensive passing than rushing on the season. Jackson gets a tough matchup with the Browns in Week 10, but he threw for 2 TDs and ran for 2 more at Cleveland back in Week 4.

Ravens QB Lamar Jackson posted MVP-like numbers in Week 7’s win vs. the Lions, completing 21 of 27 passes for 357 yards with 3 TDs. He also added 36 rushing yards and a TD on the ground in the contest. Jackson’s 33.9 fantasy points on Sunday are his highest total in a game since Week 3 of 2022 vs. the Patriots (39.4). This game was also the first time Jackson has thrown for 3 or more TDs since that aforementioned showdown vs. the Patriots one year ago. We like his chances of having another stellar outing in Week 8 vs. the Cardinals.
