Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert suffered a broken thumb in Sunday's win over the Jets. He garnered 11 carries and 2 targets in that one before leaving in the 3rd quarter. The injury doesn't necessarily mean Mostert will miss the Wild Card game against the Bills, but it's tough to imagine him getting significant backfield work with 1 full hand. Mostert's likely absence boosts the upside of Jeff Wilson Jr. for this weekend. We're certainly not betting on Miami getting to Round 2, though.

He became the fifth RB in league history with more than one career game of four scores. Denver’s defense essentially didn’t show up in this one, as Miami’s O-line consistently opened up huge holes. The Fins raced out to a big lead and wound up winning 70-20. Devon Achane enjoyed a massive day, too, taking 18 carries for 203 yards and 3 scores, looking explosive in the process. Miami will face a much stiffer test Sunday at Buffalo, but Mostert will remain a strong fantasy option.

The ageless wonder also added 6 receiving yards on his lone target in the victory. Teammate Salvon Ahmed contributed 6 touches of his own before a groin injury took him out of the contest, though this backfield was more or less the Mostert Show for the second game in a row. It’s worth mentioning that rookie De’Von Achane made his debut on Sunday night, though he only received a couple of touches. Mostert will look to continue his success in Week 3 vs. the Broncos.

Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert (knee) did not practice on Wednesday. "Just vet rest and maintenance. He’s good to go," NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe tweeted. It sounds like Mostert will be ready for a full workload vs. the Patriots this weekend, but we'll keep an eye on his status over the next few days.
