Ricky Pearsall Takes Advantage of Missing Jauan Jennings

49ers WR Ricky Pearsall exploded with eight catches for 117 yards against the Arizona Cardinals, taking advantage of WR Jauan Jennings missing the game. QB Mac Jones relied on Pearsall as a reliable short-range target while the offense schemed up a few touches as well.

2025 Fantasy Football Impact

Pearsall lapped the rest of the WRs in terms of snap share. He played 63 snaps with WR Kendrick Bourne playing the second most at 47.

When Jennings returns (as well as Brandon Aiyuk), Pearsall may not see this type of consistent production, but he has stepped up when needed.

Pearsall can undoubtedly be a flex play moving forward, even with increased target competition. Next week against the Jaguars is another good spot for Pearsall to shine.
