Cowboys K Brandon Aubrey did not practice on Wednesday because he was on jury duty. Seriously. According to Fort Worth Star-Telegram's Nick Harris, Aubrey was chosen to be on a jury for a felony assault case. He'll be in court on Thursday and Friday but is expected to be available for Sunday night's game vs. the 49ers. He can stay in Week 8 fantasy lineups for now.
