Travis Hunter Headshot

Jaguars WR Travis Hunter is expected to be fully healthy for the start of training camp, according to NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe. Hunter's rookie season ended with a November LCL injury that required surgery. He missed OTAs this spring, but we'll start to get a look at Jacksonville's plans for Hunter when camp opens.

What They're Saying

Wolfe on Hunter: "He's running over 20 mph, which is faster than he ran before that knee injury. He's cutting, he's in great shape. He should be full-go for training camp."

2026 Fantasy Football Impact

A healthy Hunter will give us a chance to get clues on Jacksonville's plans for last year's No. 2 overall pick.

Hunter played twice as many snaps on offense as on defense as a rookie, but both the team and media have said this offseason that Hunter will shift to playing more defense this year. That'd make him nearly impossible to trust in fantasy lineups.

Plans can change, though, with or without injuries. So Hunter's deployment deserves a close watch this summer.

He still has an exciting fantasy ceiling, even if he's unlikely to reach it. Hunter was a high-level WR prospect and was seemingly primed to break out before that knee injury, posting an 8-101-1 line in his final game.

That upside makes Hunter a fine pick at his WR58 ADP.
