Bears QB Caleb Williams (hamstring) is out for Monday night's game vs. the Eagles. He didn't practice all week and should be considered iffy at best for Week 4. QB Tyson Bagent (concussion) is listed as questionable after a full practice on Saturday. If he avoids a setback between now and kickoff, he should get the start. Otherwise it'll be QB Case Keenum at the controls. Either way, it's tough to feel good about any Bears pass catchers in fantasy lineups against a stout Eagles secondary.
