McBride was held under 40 yards for just the second time since the start of last season. He hauled in seven of 12 targets for 31 yards on his way to a season-low 10.1 PPR points. It marks the first week this season that McBride has finished outside of TE1 range.

Despite the underwhelming output, McBride posted his third game with at least a 30% target share this season, finishing with a 34.3% mark against the Giants. The only game he hasn’t reached that threshold was last week, and he still finished as a TE1.
Through the first four games of the season, McBride has commanded a 31.1% target share, leading the Cardinals and ranking second among all TEs.
This was McBride’s first game without multiple redzone targets, and his lone redzone target resulted in an incompletion.
He’s set up for a massive bounce-back performance, facing a Lions defense in Week 5 that entered this week allowing the most points to TEs.
