Ravens LB C.J. Mosley (thigh) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Steelers. He put in a full practice Friday after limited workouts the 1st 2 days. It's tough to know how close to full health he'll actually be if he plays, and Mosley has provided disappointing IDP production so far this year anyway. Pittsburgh presents 1 of the league's weakest LB scoring matchups, and Mosley delivered value in just 1 of 2 meetings last year. He seems likely to be in play if you need him, but Mosley's not a fantasy option worth chasing.

Ravens ILB C.J. Mosley has been ruled out for Sunday's game agains the Jets, marking the 2nd straight game he'll miss with a thigh injury. He sat out practice all week. LB Albert McClellan started in his place against the Giants, played 79% of the snaps and should get the nod again. But Zachary Orr is the Baltimore LB to play in your IDP leagues. The defense will also likely miss OLB Terrell Suggs, who's doubtful with a torn biceps. CB Shareece Wright is also doubtful with a thigh injury, while CB Jimmy Smith (concussion) is questionable. He had yet to clear the concussion protocol as of Friday. CB Tavon Young, OLB Za'Darius Smith and rookie OLB Matt Judon should see more playing time with all the injuries.

Ravens LB C.J. Mosley is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Giants after missing practice all week with a hamstring injury. That can only help the tackle upside for LB Zachary Orr, who already sat in starter range in our Week 6 LB rankings. Baltimore has also ruled out OLB Elvis Dumervil with a foot injury that will keep him out indefinitely, according to Pro Football Talk. Dumervil had offseason foot surgery and lacked explosiveness upon his return. He shouldn't be owned in any IDP formats. The Baltimore team D looks like a mediocre fantasy option for Week 6, even against a Giants offense that has struggled the past 2 weeks.

The Ravens defense will be shifting to primarily a 4-3 front in 2016, according to MMQB.com.  The change might not mean much for the team D in fantasy, but it could mean new position designations for OLBs Elvis Dumervil and Terrell Suggs in IDP formats. It also could significantly impact the way Baltimore approaches early picks in the upcoming NFL Draft. We'll see how this situation develops and sets up for IDP impact.

The Baltimore Sun reports that Ravens LB C.J. Mosley had wrist surgery this offseason. "Mosley is expected to make a complete recovery and should be able to participate in offseason practices and workouts," Aaron Wilson wrote. Sounds like this situation should not affect the status of a guy who emerged as a top-5 IDP LB in his rookie campaign.

The Ravens drafted Alabama LB C.J. Mosley with the 17th pick of the NFL draft.  Mosley tallied 108 and 107 tackles the past 2 seasons, with 6.5 total sacks and 5 INTs for his career.  Mosley and 2013 second-round LB Arthur Brown look like the future inside for Baltimore, though they could cannibalize each other's IDP value to some extent.  For now, veteran LB Daryl Smith blocks 1 of the 2 youngsters from the starting lineup.  Don't look for either to factor heavily into our 2014 IDP rankings.
