Giants WR Kadarius Toney (shoulder) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Bears. WRs Darius Slayton, John Ross and Collin Johnson are also out, leaving Pharoh Cooper, David Sills and Alex Bachman behind Kenny Golladay on the WR depth chart. Golladay still isn’t a bankable fantasy play with Jake Fromm or Mike Glennon under center.

Giants WR Kadarius Toney (quad) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Eagles. TE Kyle Rudolph (ankle) joins Toney and WR Sterling Shepard (quad) on the inactive list. WR John Ross (quad) is active, giving New York some depth behind WRs Kenny Golladay and Darius Slayton.

Giants WR Sterling Shepard (quad) is out for Sunday's game vs. the Eagles. WR Kadarius Toney (quad) is listed as doubtful. TE Kyle Rudolph (ankle) is also doubtful, while WR John Ross (quad) is questionable. Kenny Golladay and Darius Slayton will operate as New York's top 2 WRs this weekend. TE Evan Engram should at least theoretically play a big role in the passing game.

Giants WR Kenny Golladay (hamstring) is active for today’s game vs. the Raiders. He’s a risky fantasy play in his first action since Week 5. WR John Ross (quad) is also active and figures to be the #4 WR behind Golladay, Kadarius Toney and Darius Slayton.

Giants WR Sterling Shepard (quad) is out for Sunday’s game against the Raiders. WR Kenny Golladay (hamstring) is listed as questionable after getting in limited practices on Thursday and Friday. Out since Week 5, Golladay would be a risky fantasy play if he ends up active. WR John Ross (quad) is also listed as questionable, while WR Dante Pettis (shoulder) was placed on IR on Friday. Kadarius Toney and Darius Slayton are New York's top 2 healthy WRs.

Giants WR Sterling Shepard (hamstring) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Panthers. WRs Darius Slayton (hamstring) and John Ross (hamstring) are active. They figure to join Dante Pettis as New York’s top 3 WRs. Slayton has some WR3 appeal as the likely target leader.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Giants WRs Darius Slayton (hamstring) and John Ross (hamstring) are expected to play against the Panthers today, barring a setback in pregame warmups. WR Sterling Shepard, meanwhile, is a game-time decision with his hamstring injury. We'll get his status around 11:30 am ET, but Shepard will obviously come with elevated risk in fantasy lineups if he ends up active.

Giants WRs Sterling Shepard, Darius Slayton and John Ross are questionable for Sunday's game vs. the Panthers with their hamstring injuries. Slayton seems to be in the best shape after putting in 3 limited practices this week. Ross was limited on Thursday and Friday. Shepard was added to the injury report on Thursday and then limited on Friday. He looks like the shakiest bet to play on Sunday. The Giants' healthy WRs right now are Dante Pettis and Collin Johnson. We'll get the team's inactives around 11:30 am ET.

Giants WR Sterling Shepard was added to Thursday's injury report as limited with a hamstring. We don't have any details right now, but mid-week downgrades are never good. WR Darius Slayton (hamstring) remained limited on Thursday, while WR John Ross (hamstring) returned to a limited practice after sitting out Wednesday. We'll update the Giants' banged-up WR corps again tomorrow.

Giants WRs Sterling Shepard (hamstring) and Kadarius Toney (ankle) are active for today’s game vs. the Rams. WR Darius Slayton (hamstring) is inactive. WR John Ross figures to operate as New York’s #3 WR in place of Slayton.

The Giants have agreed to a 1-year, $2.5 million deal with WR John Ross, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. Ross has collected just 51 receptions through 4 injury-riddled pro seasons. The Giants offense, though, presents an opportunity for him to earn a top 3 spot among WRs. We'll see whether the team adds anything else to that position in free agency or the NFL Draft.

Bengals WR John Ross is a healthy scratch for today's game vs. the Eagles. Rookie Tee Higgins has taken over as Cincinnati's #3 WR. We'd love to see the Bengals trade Ross and give him a shot elsewhere.

Bengals WR John Ross returned to training camp on Sunday. He missed 11 days to take care of his son and the boy's mother, who both tested positive for COVID. Ross will resume competing for snaps with Tee Higgins and Auden Tate behind A.J. Green and Tyler Boyd on Cincinnati's depth chart.

Bengals WR John Ross has left training camp to take care of his son and the boy's mother after they both tested positive for COVID. He should re-join the team well before Week 1, assuming he doesn't catch the virus himself. The missed time is bad news for a guy battling with rookie Tee Higgins and Auden Tate for snaps behind A.J. Green and Tyler Boyd.

The Bengals selected LSU QB Joe Burrow with the 1st pick of the 2020 NFL Draft. Burrow looked like a mid- to late-round prospect at this time a year ago. He redshirted his 1st season at Ohio State and then backed up J.T. Barrett for the next 2. Burrow transferred to LSU in 2018, when he mustered just 2,894 passing yards with 16 TDs on a 58% completion rate and 7.6 yards per attempt. Then came a massive 2019: 5,671 yards, 60 TDs, just 6 INTs, a 76% completion rate and 10.8 yards per attempt. Burrow received the highest passing grade from Pro Football Focus since the site started grading college players in 2014. We could point out the fact that the breakout season came as a 22-year-old, 5th-year senior playing with a loaded group of weapons. But watch Burrow and it’s tough to not fall in love. He has incredible pocket presence and mobility, is pinpoint accurate to all levels of the field and has underrated athleticism, totaling 767 rushing yards and 12 TDs over the past 2 seasons. He’ll be under center for Cincinnati come Week 1, whether or not QB Andy Dalton is traded. Burrow will have a nice group of weapons at his disposal in A.J. Green, Tyler Boyd, John Ross, Auden Tate and Joe Mixon. Hopefully the Bengals use the rest of this draft to bolster their offensive line.

Bengals WR Auden Tate has been diagnosed with a sprained left MCL, according to ESPN'S Ben Baby. There's no timeline yet for Tate's return, but consider him unlikely to play against the Patriots this weekend. That should mean more action for WR John Ross, but he's not a fantasy option vs. New England. That could change in a Week 16 matchup against the Dolphins.

Bengals WR Auden Tate injured his knee in the 3rd quarter of Sunday's game in Cleveland and is officially doubtful to return. That could mean more action for WR John Ross, who returned from his collarbone injury today. We'll update Tate's status when we learn more.

Bengals WR John Ross (clavicle) is expected to return for Sunday's game against the Browns, HC Zac Taylor said. Ross exploded for 7-158-2 and 4-112-1 lines in the first 2 weeks of the season but totaled just 58 scoreless yards over the next 2. He can't be trusted in Week 14 fantasy lineups -- but his return does upgrade QB Andy Dalton's weaponry.

Bengals WR John Ross (collarbone) has been designated to return from IR and will practice on Wednesday. He's still not eligible to play until Week 14, so we wouldn't bother adding Ross to fantasy rosters outside of the deepest of leagues. He opened the season with big 7-158-2 and 4-112-1 lines but totaled just 5 catches for 58 scoreless yards the next 2 weeks.

1:10pm EDT 10/2/19

The Bengals have placed WR John Ross (shoulder) on IR. It's unclear if he's a candidate to return, but he's out for at least the next 8 weeks. Ross can be dropped from redraft rosters. Cincinnati moves forward with Tyler Boyd, Auden Tate and Damion Willis atop the WR depth chart -- until A.J. Green is ready to return from his ankle injury.
