The Cardinals plan on re-signing RB Michael Carter, according to ESPN's Josh Weinfuss. Carter was released on Monday, but it sounds like it was a procedural move. And that makes sense considering his departure leaves only Bam Knight and Emari Demercado (who missed Arizona's last game back in Week 7) in the RB room.
