Ravens TE Isaiah Likely suffered an ankle injury near the end of Tuesday’s practice, according to Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic. Likely is set to have an MRI on Wednesday but is expected to be out “a few weeks,” HC Jim Harbaugh said.

Ravens WR Zay Flowers will "likely" miss next week's Wild Card game with the knee injury he suffered in Saturday's win over the Browns, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. "It’s not considered a major injury, though there is a real chance he misses next week," Rapoport writes. "If Baltimore takes care of business, he could be back." Flowers is set for an MRI on Sunday, so we should learn more about his status soon. His absence would create more target opportunity for WR Rashod Bateman and TEs Mark Andrews and Isaiah Likely.

Greg Scholz of Inside Injuries says (via The Athletic) their data "suggests [Andrews] will reach Optimal Recovery before Baltimore's first game." That would come in Round 2, after the Ravens' bye in the Wild Card round. HC John Harbaugh most recently said in late December that Andrews had avoided setbacks and might even be "a little ahead of schedule" in his rehab, according to Baltimore Beatdown. Andrews suffered a fibula fracture and high-ankle sprain in Week 11 that required surgery shortly thereafter. His return would obviously be good news for the Ravens' offense. It would also hurt the playoff outlook for replacement TE Isaiah Likely. Andrews makes for a boom/bust option in playoff fantasy contests. We likely won't know until next weekend whether Andrews will play in that game. And we can't know until he takes the field whether Andrews will need to work through any limitations. Returning from high-ankle sprains can be especially tricky. Whether you should take a shot on Andrews depends heavily on your contest type. We'd downgrade Likely's standing at least a bit, though.

Ravens HC John Harbaugh said Monday that TE Mark Andrews' ankle injury wasn't as bad as initially feared, according to Luke Jones of WNST in Baltimore. "There might be an outside chance he could get back at some point in time," the coach added. Andrews reportedly still needs to meet with a foot specialist to learn more about his recovery timeline. NFL Network's Mike Garafolo says "it would have to be a deep playoff run" to give Andrews a chance to return. Dropping Andrews this week in your redraft league -- unfortunately -- looks like the right move.

That would obviously be a huge loss for the Baltimore offense. Andrews accounted for 23.5% of the team's receiving yards this season entering Thursday night -- despite missing the season's first game. He also leads the team in receiving yards per game and sports the highest receiving success rate among Ravens with at least 10 receptions. TE Isaiah Likely dominated playing time at the position after Andrews left. His 29 routes against the Bengals ranked second on the team, according to Pro Football Focus, trailing only WR Zay Flowers. Likely drew just 2 targets, though, and finished with 0 receptions. He'll be worth some waiver-wire attention ahead of Week 12. But don't count on Likely stepping in for starter-level fantasy production. WR Odell Beckham enjoyed arguably his best performance as a Raven. He led the team with 7 targets and 4 receptions, delivering 116 yards. It was Beckham's largest yardage total since Week 2 of 2019. Unfortunately, he also suffered a shoulder injury in the fourth quarter. We'll see about the severity of that injury heading into Week 12, with Baltimore's bye to follow. Losing Andrews hurts QB Lamar Jackson, but he gets the league's best QB-scoring matchup vs. the Chargers in Week 12. So we might need to wait until after the Week 13 bye to actually see the negative impact.

The veteran hadn't recorded a game of 10+ PPR points since Week 12 vs. the Jaguars prior to Sunday. Fantasy managers who found their way to the championship round despite Andrews' lack of production were certainly happy to see this resurgence. Fellow TE Isaiah Likely is the only other Ravens' pass-catcher who recorded multiple receptions, hauling 3 of 5 targets for 13 yards and 1 TD. Week 17 is a reminder that despite a shoulder injury and QB Lamar Jackson missing time this season, Andrews remains a top-flight fantasy asset.
