Eagles RB Jordan Howard (stinger) returned to a limited practice on Thursday. It gives him a shot to play vs. Washington this weekend. We'll see what Howard does in Friday's practice and how he's listed on the final injury report.
The Steelers worked out 4 players Friday, including veteran RBs Jordan Howard and Josh Adams. Signing with Pittsburgh would be nice for either player, as the team sports weak depth behind Najee Harris. Howard (or Adams) would need only to beat out Benny Snell and Anthony McFarland to get onto the field in case of a Harris injury. We'll watch to see whether the Steelers sign either guy -- or another backup RB.
Eagles RB Jordan Howard (stinger) is active for today’s game vs. Washington. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday. With RB Miles Sanders (hand) out, Howard has a good chance for double-digit carries today if the injury doesn’t get in the way.
Eagles RB Jordan Howard (stinger) is expected to play vs. Washington today, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Howard will join Boston Scott and Kenneth Gainwell in the backfield. He got in 2 limited practices this week and comes with elevated risk in fantasy lineups. But if the injury doesn't get in the way, Howard should split most of the backfield work with Scott.
Eagles RB Jordan Howard missed practice Wednesday with the stinger that knocked him out of Sunday's win over the Giants. HC Nick Sirianni said after practice, though, that Howard hopes to play Sunday against Washington. We'll see how he proceeds through the rest of the practice week.
