Titans RB Tyjae Spears (hamstring) was upgraded to full participation in Thursday's practice. That puts him on track to play vs. the Chargers on Sunday for the first time since Week 6. Spears averaged just 6.8 carries and 3.0 targets per game over the first four weeks of the season, so he'd be a desperation Week 10 fantasy start. But Spears' return is at least a slight ding to RB Tony Pollard's outlook.
