Brandin Cooks expected back for Week 3

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said Tuesday that WR Brandin Cooks (knee) is expected to be limited in practice on Wednesday, a full-go on Thursday, and then play vs. the Cardinals this weekend. We'll track his progress throughout the week.
