Jaguars RB Travis Etienne lit up the score board going 3-73-3 through the air on 4 targets while struggling on the ground going 12-32-0. This comes with QB Trevor Lawrence throwing 5 TDs (and running for one more). Lawrence and Etienne led the Jaguars to 48 total points against the Jets as they continue fighting to win the AFC South.
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
Etienne wasn’t the only RB to find the end zone with rookie Bhayshul Tuten scoring a 16 yard receiving TD before leaving the game with a finger injury.
Despite leading for most of the game, the Jaguars put the ball in Lawrence’s hands for most of the game. They simply couldn’t get the run game going. Lawrence himself led the team in rushing, going 5-51-1 on the ground.
Etienne and fellow RB LeQuint Allen combined for 16-43-0, averaging 2.7 yards per carry. Etienne led the RBs with 38 snaps while Allen played 18. Tuten had 11 before his injury.
Lawrence tossed a first-quarter TD to WR Brian Thomas Jr., who went 4-66-1 on the day. Thomas was second on the team in snaps at 48, trailing Jakobi Meyers who was on the field for all 54 of Trevor Lawrence’s snaps. Meyers also ran 36 routes compared to Thomas’ 29.
The Jaguars offense will have a tough time to replicate this success next week on the road against the Denver Broncos. That’s a negative fantasy match-up for Etienne and Lawrence.
They end the season against the Indianapolis Colts, a neutral match-up for Etienne and Lawrence who could be in a good spot to excel in fantasy championships.
