Jayden Reed Headshot

The Green Bay Packers had 7 WRs active for Week 16. All 7 played, but Jayden Reed led the way in snaps. However, QB Jordan Love exited the game early due to a concussion, which led to a change in Green Bay's offensive approach. Additionally, RB Josh Jacobs aggravated a knee injury, which further complicates the Packers' WR offenseive approach heading into what is now a must-win Week 17

Christian Watson and Dontayvion Wicks were limited in practice this week. The opportunity was there for Reed to shine against a shaky Chicago secondary, but he never really got going.

31 of Reed's 35 yards came in overtime on a pass from QB Malik Willis, who replaced Loe in the second quarter.

Green Bay's WR rotation consisted of Reed, Christian Watson, and Romeo Doubs leading the way. Doubs was the most effective with Willis under center, leading the team in catches (5), yards (84), and catching a 33-yard TD from Willis to give the Packers a 13-3 lead in the third quarter.

Dontayvion Wicks also played 41% of Green Bay's snaps, but suffered an arm injury attempting to recover an onside kick in the fourth quarter.

If Wicks misses time, Matthew Golden should see a boost, but wouldn't be an option to put into lineups.

The biggest factor for Green Bay will be monitoring Jordan Love's health. This is Love's first documented concussion in the NFL. The Packers play Baltimore on Saturday, so we'll keep a close eye on Love as he progresses through the league's concussion protocol.

Willis fared well in relief of Love but would be a downgrade for Green Bay's pass-catchers.

The Packers are getting hit hard by injuries at the worst time for fantasy purposes.

We'll monitor the health of Love and Jacobs throughout the week.
