Browns S Ronnie Harrison left Sunday's game against the Eagles with a knee injury and will not return. He got back onto the field briefly after originally suffering the injury but then left again.

Browns DE Myles Garrett will miss Sunday's game against the Eagles after testing positive for COVID-19. According to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, Garrett will be eligible to return 10 days from when he first showed symptoms. The situation also puts Garrett in question for Week 12. DE Porter Gustin figures to start in Garrett's place, with Adrian Clayborn likely to add snaps as well.

Browns DE Myles Garrett sustained a knee injury in the 2nd quarter of Sunday's loss to the Raiders. He re-entered after the initial injury but played less than usual the rest of the way. HC Kevin Stefanski said after the game that Garrett will have an MRI Monday. We'll see about the severity of the issue. Cleveland gets a bye in Week 9.

Browns S Karl Joseph (hamstring) is active for today's game against the Bengals. But the team website reports that S Ronnie Harrison is expected to start over him.

The Browns have ruled S Karl Joseph (hamstring) and S Ronnie Harrison (concussion) out for Sunday's game against the Steelers. That should leave Sheldrick Redwine starting next to Andrew Sendejo at the back of Cleveland's secondary. Pittsburgh has shortened its passing game early this season vs. the past couple of years, but Cleveland's safety situation could motivate some deeper shots this Sunday. Either way, it's certainly not bad news for Ben Roethlisberger, TE Eric Ebron and deep-threat WRs Chase Claypool and James Washington.

Browns S Karl Joseph is inactive for today's game against the Colts. Joseph sustained a hamstring injury in Thursday's practice and then missed Friday before turning up questionable. With Joseph out, Ronnie Harrison will start next to Andrew Sendejo.

Browns DE Olivier Vernon (abdomen) and CB Denzel Ward (groin) are active for today's game against the Cowboys. Neither is a high-level IDP option. Ward could be busy, though, against Dallas' high-powered pass offense. Cleveland is expected to start CB Terrance Mitchell opposite Ward, in place of the inactive Greedy Williams (shoulder).

Browns LB Mack Wilson is questionable for Sunday's game against Washington. If he plays, it would be his season debut after missing the 1st 2 weeks with the hyperextended knee he suffered early in training camp. Even if Wilson is active, he'd make for a shaky IDP option. Wilson fill-in Jacob Phillips (knee) is out for the 2nd straight game. CB Greedy Williams (shoulder) has also been ruled out for the 3rd straight game. Fellow starting CB Denzel Ward (groin) is questionable. Ward came down with the injury in Thursday's practice and then sat out Friday, so he looks like a big question mark for the game. His absence would enhance the matchup for Washington lead WR Terry McLaurin. Cleveland has also ruled out DE Olivier Vernon (abdomen), and replacement Adrian Clayborn (hip) is questionable. Clayborn put in just a limited workout Friday after missing the previous 2 days.

Browns LB Mack Wilson returned to practice Monday for the 1st time since hyperextending a knee on Aug. 18. "To see him back out there was really outstanding," HC Kevin Stefanski said, according to Browns Wire. "He brings energy." Expect Wilson to return to the starting lineup as soon as he's ready. We'll see how quickly he can get back to full-time snaps. He sports the most IDP upside among Browns LBs. CB Greedy Williams (shoulder) and CB Kevin Johnson (lacerated liver) also returned to practice Monday. Neither had taken the field since suffering injuries in August. Williams should reclaim his starting spot opposite Denzel Ward as soon as he's ready. Johnson was expected to serve as the team's 3rd corner. Neither will be much of an IDP option, but their returns should help Cleveland's defense overall.
