Redskins WR DeSean Jackson (hamstring) was non-committal on his Week 5 availability after returning to a limited practice on Wednesday.  "As long as I can gradually get better, it's possible," D-Jax said.  "I don't really have that pain anymore. Just getting acclimated, getting that flow, getting that blood moving back in that area. ... It can't just happen in one day, it's my first day back out there. I definitely didn't try to push it to that limit. Day by day I'll be able to do more and do more reps."  We'll have another update on Jackson after Thursday's practice.

Redskins WR DeSean Jackson (hamstring) returned to a limited practice on Wednesday.  He only participated in individual drills, though, and wasn't running full speed, per insider John Keim.  Jackson's Week 5 status remains unclear.

A Redskins source tells ESPN's Britt McHenry that WR DeSean Jackson (hamstring) is "not even close" to returning.  He won't play against the Eagles this Sunday and should be considered week-to-week.  D-Jax hasn't gotten back on the field since going down in the opener.  WR Pierre Garcon and TE Jordan Reed will continue to dominate targets in Jackson's absence.

Update: Jackson has officially been ruled out for Week 4

Redskins WR DeSean Jackson (hamstring) remained sidelined on Thursday.  It looks like he'll miss his 3rd straight game this weekend against the Eagles.  That'll mean another busy day for WR Pierre Garcon and TE Jordan Reed.

Redskins WR DeSean Jackson (hamstring) did not practice on Wednesday.  He resumed running last week but should still be considered iffy for Sunday's game against the Eagles.  We'll continue to track his progress over the next few days.

NFL Network's Rand Getlin spotted Redskins WR DeSean Jackson (hamstring) running off to the side of practice on Wednesday.  "May be ready sooner rather than later," Getlin added.  Jackson was slapped with a 3-4 week timetable after going down in the opener.  He won't play against the Giants this Thursday night but could return for Week 4.

Washington WR DeSean Jackson is expected to miss 3-4 weeks with a strained hamstring. D-Jax suffered the injury early in Week 1 and was held off the stat sheet. Pierre Garcon now becomes a strong WR3 candidate, while Jordan Reed retains a high TE1 ceiling. Jackson, of course, is worth holding on to.

Redskins WR DeSean Jackson pulled up with a left hamstring injury in the 1st quarter of Sunday's game against the Dolphins.  He didn't look happy as he was being examined by trainers on the sidelines.  We'll pass along an update when we get one.

UPDATE: Washington has ruled Jackson out for the rest of the game.

Redskins WR DeSean Jackson (shoulder) returned to practice on Sunday.  He was limited to individual drills.  But a setback-free week of practice should have him ready for Washington's 3rd preseason game against the Ravens.  D-Jax had been sidelined since August 6th.

Redskins HC Jay Gruden said Monday that WR DeSean Jackson (shoulder) is "feeling pretty good."  D-Jax suffered what was reported as a sprained AC joint 11 days ago and was expected to miss just 2 weeks.  “He’s got almost full range of motion back," Gruden added.  Jackson might play in Washington's 3rd preseason game and shouldn't be in any danger of missing the season opener.  We haven't moved him in the WR rankings.

Washington WR DeSean Jackson suffered a Grade 2 separated shoulder in Thursday’s practice. He’s expected to miss “a couple weeks,” per ESPN’s Adam Schefter. The 28-year-old should be fine for Week 1.  Unless he suffers a setback, we're not adjusting Jackson's projections.

10:23am EST 12/14/14

Redskins WR DeSean Jackson (leg) is active for today’s game against the Giants. It’s unclear how close to 100% he is and whether he’ll play his usual role. That leaves D-Jax as a risky WR3.

The Redskins expect WR DeSean Jackson (leg) to play against the Giants today, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.  D-Jax put in 3 limited practices this week and won't be at 100% today.  That leaves him as a risk/reward WR3.

Redskins WR DeSean Jackson (leg) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game against the Giants. He put in 3 limited practices this week, and HC Jay Gruden said Friday that D-Jax is “50-50” to play. We’ll find out his official status by noon ET on Sunday. But at less than 100%, Jackson will be a risky WR3 if he ends up active.

Redskins WR DeSean Jackson (leg) remained limited in Thursday's practice.  He said afterward that he's making progress but still isn't "fully healed."  We're better on D-Jax playing against the Giants this weekend, but he won't be at 100%.  That'll make him a shaky WR3 in fantasy football.

Redskins WR DeSean Jackson (leg) put in a limited practice on Wednesday after sitting out all last week.  D-Jax was able to "jog pretty good," according to HC Jay Gruden, but still "hasn't cut it loose."  Gruden added that Jackson is "50-50" for this weekend's game against the Giants.  We'll have another update on his status tomorrow.

Redskins WR DeSean Jackson (leg) is inactive. That leaves Pierre Garcon and Andre Roberts as Washington's top 2 WRs. They’re both low-end WR3s against a red-hot Rams defense.
