The 5’11, 200-pounder ran a 4.39-second 40 time and tested as a 68th percentile athlete at the Combine. The concern with Duvernay is that he totaled just 70 receptions across his first 3 years on campus, failing to break out until he was a 22-year-old senior. And his 2019 production was largely manufactured, with 42 of his 106 catches coming on screens, according to Pro Football Focus. Still, Duvernay has reliable hands, dangerous speed and is a tackle-breaker after the catch. He played 97% of his snaps from the slot last year and projects to the same position as a pro. Duvernay joins Hollywood Brown and Miles Boykin to give Baltimore some serious speed at WR.

The good news is that wind shouldn't be a major problem, with the forecast calling for 10-13 mph. This isn't the 1st time we've heard that sentiment over the past few weeks. Jackson has reportedly made big strides in accuracy and consistency even since spring workouts. He completed 29 of 43 attempts (67.4%) in 7-on-7 and team drills against the Jaguars this week. Rushing production will continue to fuel Jackson's fantasy value in 2019. But if he can be just average as a passer, it'll be a big boost to his weekly ceiling and floor.

The Ravens and Broncos have agreed to a trade that will send QB Joe Flacco to Denver, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The deal can't be made official until the new league year starts on March 13. Flacco had flashes of elite play in Baltimore, but his 11 seasons there are best described as mediocre. He sports a career 61.7% completion rate, 6.7 yards per attempt and 212 TDs vs. 136 INTs. Flacco is clearly heading to Denver to take over as the Broncos' starter, though, which means the end of the Case Keenum Era. Considering Flacco is 34, this move shouldn't take Denver out of the running to select a QB in the 1st round of this spring's draft. Note that the Broncos can get out of Flacco's contract after the 2019 season with 0 dead money.

Update: The Ravens will receive Denver's 4th-round pick in this year's draft in exchange for Flacco.
