A day after placing TE Travis Kelce on the COVID list, the Chiefs have added WR Tyreek Hill. And there's likely more coming. "It's a mess," a source tells ESPN's Adam Schefter, referring to the spread among the team right now. We'll see how the week goes for K.C. ... and our fantasy football rosters. Kansas City also placed TE Blake Bell and CB Rashad Fenton on the list Tuesday.

Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (quad) is active for today’s game against the Titans. He was listed as questionable after only getting in a limited practice on Friday. But Hill was in the same boat last week before posting a 9-76-1 line on Washington, despite only playing 57% of the snaps. There’s still some added risk here, but Hill remains a must-start in season-long leagues.

ESPN's Adam Schefter confirms that Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (quad) will play vs. the Titans today. Like last week, Hill got in just 1 limited practice this week and is listed as questionable. But he played through this injury -- and produced -- in last Sunday's win over Washington.

Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (quad) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game against the Titans after only getting in a limited practice on Friday. Hill was in the same boat last week before playing vs. Washington. Hill’s snap rate was down to 57% in that one -- but he still caught 9 of 12 targets for 76 yards and a score. He carries elevated risk in Week 7 but remains a must-start in season-long leagues.

Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (quad) remained sidelined on Thursday. He, of course, only got in a limited practice on Friday last week before posting a 9-76-1 line vs. Washington. Hill is fully expected to play vs. the Titans this Sunday.

Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (quad) did not practice on Wednesday. He played just 57% of Kansas City's offensive snaps last week -- but posted a 9-76-1 line anyway. Barring a setback, he'll be out there in Sunday's game vs. the Titans.

Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (quad) is active for today’s game vs. Washington. He only got in a limited practice on Friday, but we never heard any real concern about Hill’s status for this one. He carries a bit more risk than usual but remains a must-start.

Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (quad) is expected to play vs. Washington today, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Hill only got in a limited practice on Friday, but HC Andy Reid said he looked good then. We never heard any concern about Hill's status throughout the week. He remains a must-start in season-long fantasy leagues -- and we wouldn't be afraid to use Hill in DFS tournaments.

Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (quad) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. Washington. He only got in a limited practice on Friday, although HC Andy Reid said Hill was "bouncing around pretty good" in Friday’s workout. We’ll look for an update on Hill on Sunday morning and will get his game status around 11:30 am ET.

Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (quad) missed his 2nd straight practice on Thursday. His availability for this weekend's game vs. Washington is now in some doubt. We'll see if he practices on Friday and then how he's listed on the final injury.

Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill did not practice on Wednesday. He's dealing with a quad injury, rather than the previously reported knee. Hill is expected to be fine for Sunday's game vs. Washington, but his status is certainly worth monitoring over the next few days.

Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill is not expected to miss time with the knee injury he suffered in Sunday night's loss to the Bills, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. We'll track Hill's practice participation this week, but expect him to be out there for Sunday's game vs. Washington.

Chiefs HC Andy Reid said after Sunday night's loss to the Bills that WR Tyreek Hill came away with a knee injury. We'll watch for more details on that situation this week, as the start of the issue wasn't obvious during the game.

Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill participated in Monday's practice. He was a late scratch from Friday night's preseason game with a tight hamstring, but it looks like a non-issue now.

Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill was held out of Friday night's preseason game after his hamstring "tightened up" in warmups, HC Andy Reid said. This doesn't sound serious -- but hamstrings are notoriously tricky. We'll keep a close eye on this 1st-round fantasy pick.

Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (knee) returned to practice on Thursday. He missed the previous 2 practices with what HC Andy Reid described as knee tendinitis. It never sounded like something to worry about. Hill remains our top-ranked WR.

Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill is dealing with knee tendinitis, HC Andy Reid said. Hill was held out of Tuesday's practice. This tends to be more of a discomfort thing than a real injury. We'll keep an eye on it, but consider Hill's fantasy stock unaffected for now.

The Chiefs believe they need to make more plays in the short and intermediate passing games, according to NFL Network's James Palmer. Palmer notes that the team is looking to get the RBs more involved in the passing game (which we've heard multiple times this offseason) and adds that rookie TE Noah Gray could emerge as a factor with an increase in 2-TE sets. It's a situation to track this summer. There's certainly room for a 3rd viable fantasy option to emerge in Kansas City behind WR Tyreek Hill and TE Travis Kelce. We might also just see Hill and Kelce set new career highs in target share this year.

The forecast for today's Jaguars-Chiefs game calls for periods of heavy rain. The good news is that winds are expected to be only 6-7 mph. They aren't ideal conditions, but it's not enough for us to adjust our projections for these passing games. You might use the weather as a tiebreaker if deciding between 2 similarly ranked players, though.
