Seahawks WR Tory Horton avoided the PUP list to open training camp after a cracked tibia cost him the final nine regular-season games and the playoffs. Horton told ESPN’s Brady Henderson that he first felt the injury in Week 3, and it only worsened from there. He underwent surgery in February to have a rod implanted in his leg but is a full go for the start of training camp.
Sunday gave us a tough first game from which to judge the playing-time split among Seattle's top three WRs. Rashid Shaheed assumed the No. 3 role in his first game with the team, just five days after arriving in trade.
