Brian Thomas Out For Week 10

Jaguars WR Brian Thomas (ankle) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Texans. ESPN’s Adam Schefter called Thomas’ injury a "low-grade high-ankle sprain” earlier this week, but he could certainly end up missing multiple games. We’ll track his progress next week. Parker Washington, Dyami Brown, and Jakobi Meyers figure to operate as Jacksonville’s top three WRs against Houston’s top-ranked WR defense.

        Dyami Brown Out With Concussion

Jaguars WR Dyami Brown has been ruled out of Sunday's game vs. the Raiders with a concussion. Jacksonville entered this one without WRs Travis Hunter and Tim Patrick and watched WR Brian Thomas exit with an ankle injury. That's left Parker Washington as the top WR and heavy snaps for Tim Jones.

Travis Hunter to Miss at Least Four Games

The Jaguars are placing Travis Hunter on IR because of the knee injury he suffered in Thursday's practice, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. The rookie will miss at least the next four games. We have yet to see details on the injury, but it doesn't sound like the team expects it to end his season.

Dyami Brown Back For Week 5

Jaguars WR Dyami Brown (shoulder) got in three limited practices this week and is not listed on the final injury report for Monday night's game vs. the Chiefs. He should step back in as the primary outside WR opposite Brian Thomas Jr. but would be a desperation fantasy play. Brown totaled eight catches on 11 targets for 109 yards and a score over the first two games of the season.

Dyami Brown Back At Practice Thursday

Jaguars WR Dyami Brown (shoulder) returned to a limited practice on Thursday. That gives him a shot to play vs. the 49ers this weekend. We'll update Brown's status again when we get Jacksonville's final injury report on Friday afternoon.

        Dyami Brown Hurts Shoulder

Jaguars WR Dyami Brown is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Texans with a shoulder injury. His absence will mean more snaps for WR Parker Washington. We'll update Brown's status when we learn more.

Update: Brown has been ruled out.

Noah Brown Done for the Year?

Commanders WR Noah Brown is "going to be out for a while," per HC Dan Quinn. In fact, Quinn mentioned the possibility of Brown going on season-ending IR while noting a "significant internal injury." The veteran was operating as Washington’s WR2, but now those snaps will go to Dyami Brown, Olamide Zaccheaus, and Luke McCaffrey. You shouldn’t count on any of those WRs for Week 15 fantasy production at New Orleans. Meanwhile, Terry McLaurin's outlook improves as a fantasy WR2.

Dotson expected to miss "a week or 2"

Commanders HC Ron Rivera said Monday that WR Jahan Dotson's hamstring injury "might keep him out a week or 2." So expect the rookie to at least miss this Sunday's game vs. the Titans. We'll see about his Week 6 availability. WR Dyami Brown picked up Dotson's snaps after he exited Sunday's loss to the Cowboys.

Brown expected to miss Week 8

Washington WR Dyami Brown is expected to miss Sunday's game vs. the Broncos with a "minor" knee injury, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Brown is getting an MRI on Monday, but it sounds like the team expects him back after the Week 9 bye. We'll see if Washington gets WRs Curtis Samuel and/or Cam Sims back this weekend.

        Brown out with knee injury

Washington WR Dyami Brown was knocked out of Sunday's game in Atlanta with a knee injury. With WR Curtis Samuel back, Brown was off the redraft radar anyway.

        Samuel to IR

Washington WR Curtis Samuel (groin) has been placed on IR. So he'll miss at least the first 3 games of the season with this groin injury that's lingered since spring OTAs. Samuel isn't a must-hold in fantasy leagues without an IR spot. His absence should move rookie WR Dyami Brown into the starting lineup, although Washington might rotate him with WR Cam Sims. Adam Humphries will be the slot receiver.
