Chiefs WR Skyy Moore (knee) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice. WR Kadarius Toney was not listed on the injury report. So it looks like both guys will be available for Sunday's Super Bowl, although it remains unclear if either or both will be active. Neither guy has played since mid-December. Rashee Rice, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, and Justin Watson will likely to continue operating as Kansas City's top three WRs regardless.

Chiefs WR Mecole Hardman (abdomen) will not practice on Tuesday, HC Andy Reid said. “It’s not responding the way he wants it to,” Reid said of Hardman's injury. It doesn't sound like he's a good bet to be ready for Saturday's Divisional Round game vs. the Jaguars. That'd again leave Kansas City with a WR corps of JuJu Smith-Schuster, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Kadarius Toney, Justin Watson and potentially Skyy Moore, who missed Week 18 with a hand injury.

Chiefs WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (concussion) put in a full week of practice and isn’t listed on the final injury report. WR Kadarius Toney (hamstring) did not practice all week and is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Rams. That leaves WRs Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Skyy Moore and Justin Watson behind Smith-Schuster.

Teammate injuries presented opportunity for Chiefs rookie WR Skyy Moore in Sunday night's win over the Chargers. he finished 2nd on the team in targets (6) and receptions (5), trailing only TE Travis Kelce. Moore's 63 yards ranked 3rd on the team. Moore still finished just 3rd among K.C. wideouts in routes and 6th among all Chiefs. We'll see about the injury situations for JuJu Smith-Schuster and Kadarius Toney heading into Week 12. Mecole Hardman is out at least 3 more games on IR.

The Chiefs acquired WR Kadarius Toney from the Giants in exchange for a 2023 3rd-round compensatory pick and a 2023 6th-round pick. Injuries have limited Toney to just 12 games over his first 1-and-a-half NFL seasons, including only 2 this year. But he's flashed exciting route-running and after-the-catch ability when on the field. This is about the best-case scenario for his fantasy value, which seemed almost non-existent in New York. We'll see when Toney is able to get on the field after missing the past 5 weeks with hamstring trouble -- and then how he fits in alongside WRs JuJu Smith-Schuster, Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Mecole Hardman. But if he can find playing time with QB Patrick Mahomes, Toney could quickly emerge as a fantasy factor. He's worth grabbing now in leagues where he was dropped.

Chiefs WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling told reporters Monday that he's cleared the concussion protocol. MVS missed the preseason finale, but this is the first we've heard of a concussion. It's his first documented head injury. Barring a setback, Valdes-Scantling will be ready for Week 1. He's set to open the season as 1 of Kansas City's top 2 WRs, alongside JuJu Smith-Schuster.

Matt Schneidman of The Athletic believes free agent WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling will “probably” be “too expensive” for Green Bay to re-sign. Schneidman calls MVS’s production “too sporadic” for the anticipated cost. In 2021, the 27-year-old popped for games with 22 and 21 PPR points. But he remained unreliable on a weekly basis and missed time with back and hamstring injuries. Spotrac expects Valdes-Scantling’s free agent deal to be roughly $24 million over 3 years.

Packers WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (back) got in a limited practice on Tuesday. That seemingly puts him on track to play vs. the 49ers on Saturday after he exited Week 18 with the back injury. We'll get another update on MVS on Wednesday.

Packers WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling is out for the 2nd half of Sunday's game vs. the Lions with a back injury. Green Bay also pulled QB Aaron Rodgers, WR Davante Adams and WR Allen Lazard at halftime, so it's unclear how serious Valdes-Scantling's injury is. He'll get a 1st-round bye to heal up before the Divisional Round.

Packers WR Randall Cobb will be "out a while" with a "pretty significant" core injury, HC Matt LaFleur said Thursday. Davante Adams, Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Allen Lazard will be locked in as Green Bay's top 3 WRs with Cobb out.

Packers WR Randall Cobb suffered a groin injury in the 1st half of Sunday's game vs. the Rams and won't return. He was having a big one before exiting, catching 4 balls for 95 yards and a score. Cobb's absence leaves Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Allen Lazard as Green Bay's 2nd and 3rd WRs.

The Packers have designated WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling to return from IR. He seemed on track to return from his hamstring injury in time to play Arizona last Thursday night but ultimately didn't. We'd guess that MVS will be back on the active roster for this Sunday's upside matchup with Kansas City, but we'll watch to make sure he's actually activated. Designating him to return merely opens the window for Valdes-Scantling to return to practice. The team could still wait up to 3 weeks before moving him to the active roster.
