Garoppolo looking like Week 18 starter

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that there's a "strong lean" toward the 49ers starting QB Jimmy Garoppolo in Sunday's game against the Rams. We'll certainly watch to confirm that, but fantasy managers who were hoping to start Trey Lance need to make alternate plans.
