Seahawks RB DeeJay Dallas (ankle, quad) is active for today’s matchup with San Francisco. RB Tony Jones was elevated from the practice squad on Saturday, but he's on Seattle's inactives list today. Look for rookie Kenneth Walker to continue dominating backfield touches.
Seahawks RBs DeeJay Dallas and Tony Jones are inactive for tonight's game vs. the 49ers. RBs Ken Walker, Travis Homer and Godwin Igwebuike are dressed for Seattle. We're expecting Walker to see his usual workload tonight.
Seahawks RB DeeJay Dallas is doubtful to return to Sunday's game vs. the Rams with an ankle injury. With RB Kenneth Walker out with his own ankle injury, Seattle is down to RB Tony Jones.
Update: Dallas surprisingly returned in the 2nd half.
The Seahawks added Miami RB DeeJay Dallas in the 4th round of the 2020 NFL Draft. Dallas actually opened his college career at WR before moving to RB midway through his freshman campaign. A committee back over the past 2 seasons, Dallas totaled 224 carries for 1,310 yards (5.8 YPC) and 14 TDs. He did set career highs across the board in 2019 with 115 carries, 693 yards, 6.0 yards per carry and 8 TDs. His 14 receptions and 140 receiving yards were also personal bests. Dallas’ WR background gives him some intrigue, but he still looks like a fantasy long shot. He joins a crowded backfield in Seattle alongside Chris Carson, Rashaad Penny, Travis Homer and C.J. Prosise — although Carson and Penny are both recovering from serious injuries.
