Bucs WR Mike Evans is considered "week to week" with a strained hamstring, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Schefter adds that Evans "has a chance" to play vs. the Panthers on Sunday. That doesn't really jibe with the "week to week" label. We'll obviously keep a close eye on Evans' status throughout this week. For now, fantasy owners should plan on being without him in Week 16.
