Packers TE Luke Musgrave (kidney) is active for today’s game vs. the Bears. It’ll be his first action since Week 11. It’s entirely unclear how snaps and routes will be divvied between Musgrave and TE Tucker Kraft, leaving both guys as shaky fantasy plays. If picking between the two, we’d use Kraft.

Packers TE Luke Musgrave (kidney) has been activated from IR, putting him in line to play vs. the Bears on Sunday. Musgrave has been out since Week 11. He was Green Bay's lead TE before going down, but it's unclear how snaps will be divvied between Musgrave and Tucker Kraft against the Bears. Neither guy is a safe fantasy play in Week 18.

Packers TE Luke Musgrave (kidney) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Bears. He was limited in practice all week. HC Matt LaFleur said Thursday that Musgrave has a realistic chance to play this weekend. He’s been out since suffering a lacerated kidney back in Week 11 and wouldn't be a bankable Week 18 fantasy play. But Musgrave’s return would put a significant dent in TE Tucker Kraft's value.

Packers HC Matt LaFleur said Thursday that TE Luke Musgrave has a realistic chance to play vs. the Bears this weekend. Musgrave has been out since suffering a lacerated kidney back in Week 11. He's been limited in practice so far this week. We'll see how Musgrave is listed on the final injury report tomorrow. He wouldn't be a Week 18 fantasy option but would put a significant dent in TE Tucker Kraft's value.

Packers TE Luke Musgrave (kidney) has been designated to return from IR. He won't practice on Thursday, according to ESPN's Rob Demovsky, so Musgrave seems unlikely to play vs. the Panthers this weekend. But we'll keep tabs on his return from a lacerated kidney suffered back in Week 11.

Packers TE Tucker Kraft tallied 57 yards and a TD on 4 receptions in Sunday's loss to the Buccaneers. The game marked his second among the past three with 6 targets, his second straight with 4 receptions and more than 50 receiving yards, and the fourth straight game in which he led the team in routes. That all makes Kraft a solid option for Week 16, if Luke Musgrave isn't ready to return from his lacerated kidney. He's eligible to come off IR for Week 16, but we haven't yet seen an indication Green Bay expects Musgrave to play next week. We'll watch the situation ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Panthers.

The Packers placed TE Luke Musgrave on IR with what NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports is a lacerated kidney. Musgrave will miss at least the next four games, making Week 16 his earliest return date. The rookie can be dropped from redraft rosters. His absence gives fellow rookie TE Tucker Kraft a shot at lead duties. The elite athlete is worth adding in TE-premium fantasy leagues like the FFPC.

Packers HC Matt LaFleur said Tuesday that TE Luke Musgrave has a "significant" abdomen injury. LaFleur didn't give any other details but did say that Musgrave is currently in the hospital. He won't play vs. the Lions on Thanksgiving, and it sounds like Musgrave could miss time beyond that. We'll keep you updated on his status. Musgrave's absence on Thursday will leave Green Bay with TEs Tucker Kraft, Ben Sims, and Josiah Deguara. Kraft had already seen an expanded role the past two weeks and should lead the group in pass routes vs. Detroit. He'd be a desperation season-long play but is an intriguing flier on the Thanksgiving DFS slate. Kraft is a third-round rookie with a 96th-percentile Relative Athletic Score.

Packers TE Luke Musgrave notched his first career TD in Week 9. The rookie’s score resulted from a well-designed play and marked one of two 20+ yard gains. In total, Musgrave led the Packers with 51 yards on a 15.3% target share (tied for second-highest on Green Bay). Week 10 brings a matchup with a Steelers squad that might remain without S Minkah Fitzpatrick. After that comes a pair of favorable draws vs. the Chargers and Lions.

Packers TE Luke Musgrave (ankle) is active for today’s game vs. the Vikings. He only got in a limited practice on Friday, so it’s tough to believe that Musgrave will be anywhere close to 100% for this one. He’s not a recommended TE1 play.

Packers TE Luke Musgrave (ankle) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Vikings. He returned to a limited practice on Friday after missing the previous two days. Musgrave admitted that he was still in a walking boot as of Thursday morning. Even if he ends up playing on Sunday, you should look elsewhere for your fantasy TE.

Packers TE Luke Musgrave (ankle) missed his second straight practice on Thursday. He's looking unlikely to play vs. the Vikings this weekend, but we'll see how Musgrave is listed on the final injury report tomorrow.

Packers TE Luke Musgrave (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday. The rookie was unable to return to last week's loss to the Broncos and is in danger of missing Sunday's game vs. the Vikings. We'll see if Musgrave is able to get back on the field tomorrow.

Packers TE Luke Musgrave hurt his ankle in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Broncos and is questionable to return. Stay tuned for an update.

Update: Musgrave had a walking boot on that left foot after the game. We'll watch for more on a specific diagnosis and return timeline Monday.

Packers TE Luke Musgrave hauled 6 of 7 targets for 34 yards in Week 5 vs. the Raiders. Excluding last week’s contest vs. the Lions in which he suffered a concussion, the rookie has now posted at least 8 PPR points in three of his four healthy games. Fantasy managers looking for TE help ought to take notice here. WR Christian Watson recorded a team-high 91 receiving yards on Monday night but was only able to connect 3 catches on 7 targets in the contest. For as bad of an offensive performance as the Packers put on display, there’s some good here to hang your hat on. Next up on the schedule is a road game against the Broncos.

Packers TE Luke Musgrave has cleared concussion protocol, according to ESPN's Rob Demovsky. The rookie will be back on the field for Monday night's game vs. the Raiders after suffering the head injury in the first half of Week 4. Musgrave totaled 15 targets over the first three games of the season and is a fringe TE1 play vs. Vegas' 26th-ranked TE defense.

Packers TE Luke Musgrave sustained a concussion in the first half of Thursday night's game vs. the Lions and will not return. He at least has a few extra days to clear protocol before Week 5's meeting with the Raiders. Musgrave's absence leaves Green Bay with TEs Tucker Kraft and Josiah Deguara.

Packers TE Luke Musgrave caught a team-high six passes for 49 yards in Sunday's win over the Saints. His 8 targets constituted a solid 18.2% share of QB Jordan Love's 44 pass attempts. Musgrave also accounted for 18.9% of the team's receiving yards. WR Romeo Doubs led the team with 12 targets and 73 yards. WR Jayden Reed ranked third with 7 targets and was the only other Packer to reach 50 yards. (He tallied 63.) Green Bay pass catchers get favorable matchups with Detroit and Las Vegas the next two games, ahead of a Week 6 bye.
