The forecast for today's Vikings-Eagles game calls for winds of 20-30 mph with gusts of 40+. That's certainly enough to impact the passing and kicking games. Stefon Diggs, Kyle Rudolph, Jordan Matthews and Zach Ertz are the only guys from these passing games you should have been considering anyway. All 4 do enough short-range stuff to stay in fantasy lineups. Vikings-Eagles has an over/under of 39.5, the lowest of the week.

The Vikings listed WR Stefon Diggs (groin) as questionable for this weekend's game against the Eagles. He practiced all week, though, including a full workout on Friday. Diggs should be available for a full slate of snaps on Sunday, but he's a low-end WR3 vs. a tough Philly defense.

The Vikings have acquired QB Sam Bradford from the Eagles in exchange for a 2017 1st-round pick and a conditional 4th-rounder in 2018, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. It's an aggressive move from a Minnesota team that's in a championship window right now. Bradford certainly isn't an All-Pro, but he's certainly an upgrade over Shaun Hill. We'll see if Minnesota can get Bradford ready for its opener in just 8 days, but he obviously won't be a Week 1 fantasy option. The Vikings will remain a run-first team, so Bradford will struggle to ascend beyond QB2 territory. His arrival is good news for RB Adrian Peterson, WR Stefon Diggs and the rest of Minnesota's skill-position guys. Meanwhile, Bradford's departure from Philadelphia figures to speed up QB Carson Wentz's debut. The rookie is still recovering from his rib injury and is a long shot to be under center Week 1. But we'd bet on him being there by October. QB Chase Daniel figures to open the season as Philly's starter.

Vikings QB Teddy Bridgewater suffered a "significant" injury to his left knee in practice Tuesday, HC Mike Zimmer told the media late Tuesday afternoon. Zimmer said the team didn't know the extent of the injury yet but that Bridgewater's hope for playing this season "doesn't look good right now." Shaun Hill steps in as the starter for however long Bridgewater will miss. The 36-year-old obviously means a step down from the 3rd-year starter, but Hill has started 6+ games in 3 other seasons and fared OK. He needs only to be decent in a Vikings offense that leans heavily on the running game and gains support from an ascending defense. Going from Bridgewater to Hill dings the upside for WRs Stefon Diggs, Charles Johnson and Laquon Treadwell a bit. We've knocked them down our WR rankings, but none was an early-round option to begin with. A sluggish pass offense could also hurt RB Adrian Peterson by allowing defenses to stack the box more -- like we saw with Rams opponents vs. Todd Gurley late last year. But Peterson already saw plenty of that in 2015. He's still a fine pick anywhere in the 1st half of Round 2.

1500 ESPN's Bo Mitchell believes Vikings WR Charles Johnson "is in line to start in Tennessee in Week 1." That'd be alongside Stefon Diggs and ahead of Laquon Treadwell. Johnson has been working with the starters in training camp so far, while reviews on Treadwell's play have been mixed. He'll be "phased in over time," according to Mitchell. We're still not ruling out the possibility of Treadwell beating out Johnson for the Week 1 starting job, but fantasy owners can't be counting on him as an early-season asset. Johnson remains just a late-round flier after flopping in his starting shot last year.

Wind will be a factor in today's Vikings-Raiders game.  The forecast at kickoff calls for 24 mph winds with gusts up to 40 mph.  That's enough to bench Ks Blair Walsh and Sebastian Janikowski.  Both passing games get slight downgrades.  Minnesota, especially, figures to go run-heavy with Adrian Peterson.

Vikings QB Teddy Bridgewater (concussion) has received full clearance to start Sunday's game against the Raiders.  It's excellent news for Minnesota's skill-position players, especially WR Stefon Diggs.  Oakland has allowed 2+ passing scores in 7 of 8 games, making Bridgewater a high-end QB2 for Week 10.
