Jaguars WR Zay Jones (ankle) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Eagles. That leaves WRs Jamal Agnew, Tim Jones and Kendric Pryor behind Christian Kirk and Marvin Jones. Kirk, Marvin Jones, TE Evan Engram and RB Travis Etienne could pick up extra volume with Zay Jones out.

Jaguars WR Zay Jones (ankle) is expected to play vs. the Eagles today, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Jones injured that ankle early in the practice week but was able to get in a limited practice on Friday. Still, it's unlikely that he'll be operating at 100% today.

Jaguars WR Zay Jones (ankle) is questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Eagles. He returned to a limited practice on Friday after being added to the injury report and sidelined on Thursday. That gives Jones a shot to play this weekend, but we’d shy away from using him in fantasy lineups at less than 100%.

Jaguars WR Zay Jones was added to Thursday's injury report with an ankle and did not practice. That obviously puts his availability for this weekend's game vs. the Eagles in question. We'll have a better idea of Jones' status when we get Jacksonville's final injury report tomorrow.

Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence had a terrific outing in Sunday's surprising lopsided victory over the Chargers. He completed 71.8% of passes for 262 yards and 3 TDs on the road, finding WRs Zay Jones, Christian Kirk and Marvin Jones for scores. That trio also finished top 3 for Jacksonville in targets, with Zay Jones leading the group in targets (11), receptions (10) and yards (85). Next comes a tough road trip at a Philly defense that has shut down Minnesota and Washington the past 2 weeks.

Jaguars WR Christian Kirk had an efficient Sunday, catching all 6 of his targets for 78 yards and a pair of TDs in the 24-0 win over the Colts. Kirk trailed TE Evan Engram by 2 targets but earned a solid 20% share of QB Trevor Lawrence's total attempts. The QB went 25-of-30 passing for 235 yards and the 2 scores to Kirk. Engram hauled in 7 of his 8 looks for 46 yards. Marvin Jones and Zay Jones again tracked close with Kirk in routes, while Engram increased his rate vs. Week 1 to join them. We'd bet on this quartet seeing a lot of the field together, with Kirk the most common target leader. The Joneses caught 3 passes apiece against Indy, with Marvin garnering 5 targets and Bay 4.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that former Raiders WR Zay Jones will be signing a 3-year, $24 million deal with the Jaguars that could be worth up to $30 million. Jones enjoyed a nice 2nd half to 2021 with the Raiders, but the former 2nd-round pick has mostly disappointed through 5 NFL seasons. It's tough to get excited about his upside with a team that is also adding WR Christian Kirk and TE Evan Engram to an offense that returns RB Travis Etienne from IR and still sports WR Laviska Shenault and TE Dan Arnold. Jones' arrival could be a bad sign for Marvin Jones, who has just 1 year left on his contract and would provide $3.5 million in cap savings if cut this offseason.

Raiders WR Zay Jones is a healthy scratch for today's game against the Packers. He joined the team just a couple of weeks ago, but this is still surprising considering how thin Oakland is at WR with Tyrell Williams out. Hunter Renfrow, Trevor Davis, Keelan Doss and Marcell Ateman will be the team's top 4 WRs today.

The Raiders have acquired WR Zay Jones from the Bills in exchange for a 2021 5th-round pick. Jones was a disappointment in Buffalo since being selected 37th overall in the 2017 draft, registering an ugly 46.4% catch rate and 11.5 yards per catch. We'll see if this change of scenery turns things around for him. Jones will find opportunity in Oakland, where the Raiders have very little at WR beyond Tyrell Williams, who's already dealt with a couple of injuries this season. The Bills, meanwhile, will trot out either Duke Williams or Robert Foster in Jones' old outside WR spot. Williams played 78% of the offensive snaps in Week 5 with Foster sidelined with a groin injury. We'll monitor the situations in both Buffalo and Oakland. But we wouldn't bother adding Williams, Foster or Jones to fantasy rosters right now.

Sirius XM's Adam Caplan said Sunday that Bills WR Robert Foster "will play as a rotational deep threat" and that the team's WR depth chart is "pretty much set in stone." That would mean John Brown and Zay Jones as the outside starters, Cole Beasley in the slot and Foster seeing limited time. All Bills wideouts are going late enough in drafts that you can take a shot on your favorite at low risk. But it's tough to see a path to true fantasy relevance for Foster after his intriguing 2018 rookie campaign.

Bills WR Robert Foster has been working with the backups early in training camp, according to the Buffalo News. The 1st-team offense has featured John Brown and Zay Jones as the outside WRs, with Cole Beasley in the slot. There's obviously plenty of time for Foster to make a move up the depth chart. But until we hear that he's running with the starters, he shouldn't be drafted as more than a late-round flier.

The Bills have added Cole Beasley to their WR corps on a 4-year, $29 million deal. He's quietly averaged 57 catches on a 70.6% catch rate over the past 4 seasons. But Beasley has averaged just 10.3 yards per catch during that span with 17 total TDs. He's a pure slot receiver who will run most of his routes near the line of scrimmage. That makes him an awkward fit with QB Josh Allen. Beasley's addition spells trouble for WR Zay Jones, who's posted an abysmal 47.2% catch rate over his first 2 NFL seasons. Jones ran 48% of his routes from the slot last year.

Bills insider Sal Capaccio says the team's top 5 WRs are set -- and Corey Coleman isn't 1 of them. That would put him in danger of not making the final roster, as the team is also reportedly enamored with rookie Ray-Ray McCloud as a potential special-teams contributor and reserve WR. Keeping guys like Rod Streater and Andre Holmes over Coleman would seem crazy, but HC Sean McDermott will make the former Brown earn his spot. Coleman is no more than a late-round flier in best-ball leagues at this point. Capaccio says Kelvin Benjamin, Zay Jones and Jeremy Kerley are the Bills' top 3 WRs.

The Bills announced Sunday night that they've acquired WR Corey Coleman from the Browns for an undisclosed draft pick. Coleman lost 13 games to injury over his 2 seasons in Cleveland after arriving as a 1st-round pick. Coleman dealt with weak QB play while posting a 42.7% catch rate and just-OK 12.8 yards per catch. In Buffalo, he should compete for the #2 WR role behind Kelvin Benjamin, who will hit unrestricted free agency in the spring. Zay Jones, a 2017 second-round pick, and veteran journeyman Jeremy Kerley figure to supply the primary competition. Coleman remains signed through 2019, with a team option for 2020.

The Bills have activated WR Zay Jones from the non-football injury list. ESPN's Mike Rodak reports that Jones will practice with the team Sunday in a red non-contact jersey. He had been out since the start of training camp while recovering from May knee surgery. We'll watch his progress in a WR corps that's wide open behind top target Kelvin Benjamin, but don't expect Jones to become more than a late-round option -- and not even much of a lottery ticket there given his situation.

The Bills placed WR Zay Jones on the active/non-football injury list. He underwent shoulder surgery in January and knee surgery in May. According to ESPN's Mike Rodak, it's the knee that's keeping Jones sidelined now. We haven't heard timetable for his return. Jones needs all the reps he can get after a brutal rookie season that saw him corral just 36.5% of his targets. He's still in the driver's seat for Buffalo's #2 WR job but is just a late-round flier in fantasy drafts right now.

Bills WR Zay Jones is on track to be ready for the start of training camp, HC Sean McDermott said Thursday. Jones had surgery to repair a torn labrum in his shoulder in January and then another procedure on his knee in May. That followed a dreadful rookie campaign that saw him haul in just 27 of 74 targets (36.5%) for 316 yards and 2 scores. There's plenty of opportunity in a thin Bills WR corps, but Jones has a lot to prove.

Bills WR Zay Jones will miss the offseason program following mid-May knee surgery. HC Sean McDermott made the announcement on Thursday. Jones missed 1 game with a knee issue last year, while he also underwent shoulder surgery in January. The 23-year-old remains a clear candidate to win Buffalo's #2 role, as their WR depth is perhaps the weakest league-wide. But red flags beyond health -- like his rocky rookie year and suspect QB play -- figure to limit his fantasy upside.

Bills WR Zay Jones is scheduled for surgery this coming week to repair a torn labrum in his shoulder. Jones reportedly played the majority of the season with the injury -- although it's unclear exactly when it occurred. It might help explain his woefully inefficient rookie campaign. Jones caught just 27 of 74 targets -- a hideous 36.5% catch rate -- for 316 yards and 2 TDs. The 2nd-rounder still has an inside track for a 2018 starting job, but he won't be more than a late-round flier in fantasy drafts.

Bills WR Zay Jones (knee) is out for Sunday’s game against the Saints. That might push WR Kelvin Benjamin into a bigger role than he’s ready for. WR Deonte Thompson figures to play on the opposite side, with WR Jordan Matthews remaining in the slot.
