The Philly Voice's Jimmy Kempski writes: "Through five practices, [Dontayvion] Wicks pretty clearly looks like the second-best receiver in camp." Wicks has impressed with his route running, blocking, and even his hands, per Kempski. Rookie WR Makai Lemon, meanwhile, was quiet early in camp before being sidelined with a hamstring injury.

Eagles WRs DeVonta Smith and Makai Lemon are sidelined on Tuesday with hamstring injuries. There's been nothing to suggest either is serious, but we all know how tricky hamstring injuries can be for skill-position players.

Packers WR Romeo Doubs suffered a wrist injury on his failed attempt to recover an onside kick in the fourth quarter of Saturday night's game vs. the Bears. The team is still evaluating the injury, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. We'll keep you updated on Doubs' status for next Saturday's game vs. the Ravens. His absence would likely mean more snaps for WRs Dontayvion Wicks and Matthew Golden, but neither guy would be a reliable fantasy play.

However, QB Jordan Love exited the game early due to a concussion, which led to a change in Green Bay's offensive approach. Additionally, RB Josh Jacobs aggravated a knee injury, which further complicates the Packers' WR offenseive approach heading into what is now a must-win Week 17

Packers WR Christian Watson (chest, shoulder) did not practice on Tuesday. Watson reportedly dodged a serious injury but remains iffy for Saturday's game vs. the Bears. "We’ll give him up to game time to see if he can go," HC Matt LaFleur said today. WR Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) was also sidelined on Tuesday.

Monday night's loss to the Eagles marked Green Bay's first game since losing TE Tucker Kraft to an ACL tear. The team also missed WR Matthew Golden (shoulder) for the game, and even watched WR Romeo Doubs leave early in the fourth quarter with a chest injury. WR Dontayvion Wicks, meanwhile, drew a team-high eight targets. He managed just 4 receptions for 38 yards on a night that found Green Bay throwing for just 176 yards in all. RB Josh Jacobs led the team in receptions (5) and ranked second in targets (six). WR Bo Melton was the only other Packer to exceed four targets, catching two of five looks for 28 yards. WR Christian Watson led the team with 45 receiving yards on 2 receptions among four targets.

We'll look for updates on his injury. The Packers, of course, were already without WRs Matthew Golden (shoulder) and Jayden Reed (collarbone, foot) for this one. That left Christian Watson and Dontayvion Wicks as the top two WRs after Doubs exited. Golden should have a chance to make it back for Week 11, while Reed is reportedly targeting a Week 13 or 14 return.

We’ll look for more info on his status, but the late kickoff could leave fantasy owners in a tough spot. WR Christian Watson (knee) is also listed as questionable. He has a chance to make his 2025 debut in this one but shouldn’t be in Week 8 fantasy lineups. WR Dontayvion Wicks (calf) has been ruled out.

We've been tracking a left foot injury for Jayden Reed nearly all month, and passed along just this morning that the Packers WR looks iffy for Week 1. But the latest revelation makes everything beyond Week 1 look iffy as well. Jason Wilde -- a longtime Packers writer -- reports that Reed's dealing with a Jones fracture in his left foot.

Packers WR Jayden Reed did not play in Saturday night's preseason game and was spotted with a boot on his left foot. We don't have any other details on the injury. Reed played in Green Bay's Family Night game last weekend, so the injury occurred sometime between then and now.

He sustained the injury on a second-quarter run, seemingly taking a shot to it by a stumbling defender after going down out of bounds. Watson initially returned to the game but then left again. We'll watch for more on his status, but Watson hasn't delivered much fantasy relevance. His absence would help Dontayvion Wicks' playing time.

We wouldn’t use him in fantasy lineups coming off the shoulder injury, but Wicks’ presence makes WR Christian Watson a riskier start. Wicks was playing ahead of Watson early in last week’s game, before hurting his shoulder.
