Wilson hits COVID list

The Dolphins on Sunday placed WR Albert Wilson on the COVID list. That'll knock him out of DFS contention for Monday night's visit to the Saints.

The Vikings signed WR Albert Wilson. The 29-year-old has never topped 554 yards in an NFL season and is unlikely to climb higher than 4th on Minnesota's depth chart. Wilson isn't worth a pick in early best-ball drafts.

WRs Allen Hurns and Albert Wilson are planning to return for the 2021 season, per Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald. Both players opted out last year due to COVID-19. Citing a team source, Salguero writes that “both [players] are in the team’s plans.” One of Hurns or Wilson might enter the deep league radar this fall, but don’t bet on it. The Dolphins are still in play for a top free agent WR, while they’ve been linked heavily to the top WRs in the draft.

Dolphins WR Albert Wilson has opted out of the 2020 season. He joins WR Allen Hurns on the sidelines, leaving Miami thin behind WRs DeVante Parker and Preston Williams. Jakeem Grant, Isaiah Ford, Mack Hollins and Gary Jennings are next up on the depth chart. We'll see if Miami adds someone else to the mix.
