Carroll: Walker "feels way better"

Seahawks RB Kenneth Walker (hernia) "feels way better," HC Pete Carroll said Tuesday. "He’s moving around," Carroll added. "It’s just going to be one day at a time.” We still don't have the details on Walker's surgery -- Carroll called it "uncharted territory" -- but it at least sounds like he's trending in the right direction. Walker's status for the season opener is still in doubt, though.

He was in the same boat last week, but HC Pete Carroll said then that Walker would play vs. Tennessee. This Friday, he labeled Walker a game-time decision. We'll hopefully get an update on his status on Sunday morning. Seattle's inactives won't come out until a little after 2:30 pm ET. Walker's absence would turn RB Zach Charbonnet into a solid fantasy starter.
