Patriots WR DeVante Parker (concussion) did not practice on Wednesday. The veteran wideout has not appeared in a game since Week 14 vs. the Cardinals. There's still plenty of time this week for Parker to log practice participation, but working his way through NFL concussion protocol is the biggest hurdle in his way. We'll keep an eye on his activity in advance of Week 17 vs. the Dolphins.
A day after being released by the Patriots, WR DeVante Parker inked a one-year, $4.69 million deal with the Eagles, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. It's a bit surprising that Philadelphia made this move so quickly and might make Parker the favorite for the No. 3 WR job this season. Even then, though, he'd need an A.J. Brown or DeVonta Smith injury to sniff reliable fantasy value. Parker hasn't topped 539 receiving yards in a season since 2020 and turned 31 in January.
The Patriots informed WR DeVante Parker that he'll be released, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Parker was a bust in New England, averaging just 36 receiving yards per game with three total TDs over the past two seasons. Now 31, Parker is a longshot to be a fantasy football factor wherever he lands next.
Patriots WR DeVante Parker (knee) is inactive for tonight's game vs. the Steelers. He joins WRs Demario Douglas (concussion) and Kayshon Boutte (shoulder) on the sidelines for this one. That leaves New England with JuJu Smith-Schuster, Tyquan Thornton, Jalen Reagor, and special-teamer Matthew Slater as the only four active WRs. It remains a situation to avoid with the Patriots sporting a 12.25-point implied total.
Patriots WR DeVante Parker (concussion) is active for today’s game vs. the Giants. It’ll be his first action since Week 8. Parker has scored double-digit PPR points just once all year and isn’t a viable fantasy play. His return does add a bit more target competition for WR Demario Douglas.
Patriots WR DeVante Parker (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Giants. He remained limited in practice all week, so he still has some work to do to clear the concussion protocol. Parker isn’t on the fantasy radar, but his return would add a bit more target competition for WR Demario Douglas.
