49ers HC Kyle Shanahan said last week that WR Deebo Samuel (ankle, knee) has a shot at being available for Week 17 vs. the Raiders. The team is being cautious with their star wideout as they prepare for a postseason run. It's unsurprising that Samuel opened the week without activity, but it'll be worth keeping an eye on.
