Xavier Worthy Hurts Right Shoulder

Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy suffered an apparent right shoulder injury when he collided with TE Travis Kelce on the team's third offensive play of Friday night's opener against the Chargers. Worthy briefly had the shoulder checked on the sidelines before heading back to the locker room with trainers. He's officially questionable to return. His absence leaves Marquise Brown, JuJu Smith-Schuster, and Tyquan Thornton as Kansas City's top three WRs.

Update: Worthy has been ruled out.
