49ers WR Deebo Samuel missed Wednesday's practice with a calf issue. HC Kyle Shanahan said he's "optimistic he’ll be all right” for Sunday's game vs. the Bears, per The Athletic's David Lombardi. Check back tomorrow for another update on Samuel's status.
