The Chargers have ruled WR Keenan Allen out for the 3rd straight game with his hamstring injury. Allen missed practice every day this week. That seems like a setback vs. Week 4, when Allen managed limited workouts Wednesday and Thursday before sitting out Friday. We'll see about his status for Week 6.
