Cardinals TE Trey McBride had a solid day though he failed to find the end zone. He caught all six of his targets for 67 yards. The Cardinals rolled over the Rams, scoring 41 points, and their number two TE Elijah Higgins caught a TD. It was still a promising volume day for McBride.
He was second on the team in targets and first in catches, so McBride should continue being a major focal point for the Cardinals offense.
The next two weeks are middle of the road match-ups against the Lions and Commanders. Though both teams have poor secondaries, they have done well against TEs so far this season. Even so, neither have faced a TE of McBride’s caliber yet this season.
